ACCEPTED American Express, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. You must present a physical card at the rental desk. Stored versions of cards in mobile wallets will not be accepted.
A deposit amount from a minimum of EUR 300 will be charged against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section.
Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended.
NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted.
Virtual payment cards are not accepted.

Driver's age
25 to 80 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 20 EUR per day. Includes 16% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Vehicles can be driven in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain. Vehicles can also be driven in Croatia, Southern Italy, the Vatican, San Marino, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary with exception of vehicles of the brands Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Land Rover, Jaguar. Luxury Elite Electric Vehicles cannot be rented for cross border travels.In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. The following additional chargeswill apply for all cross border travels: Airport Rail locations 6.24EUR per day. All other locations 5.00EUR per day. Maximum charge is 10 days. Prices include taxes and fees.
